Tips for using at bedtime

  1. Use these products as part of your child’s bedtime routine to develop a sleep association with the scent of lavender.
  2. If you are experiencing issues with settling your child, try and save these products for use only at bedtime. It will be a good way for your child to develop the scent as an indicator for sleep time.
  3. Use the lotion as part of a baby massage routine. Click on the ‘how to use’ tab on the Childs Farm website for a simple massage routine to follow:

Combine massage with nursery rhymes or stories

In this video with Henshaws, they demonstrate Story Massage using a nursey rhyme for you to try at home with your child. It teams story telling with simple massage techniques which can be used to help calm your child.
